Site Wide Visitor Parking Restricted as of 03/08/2019

Bromley Green Residents,

While we understand that prior notifications distributed set a restriction on visitor parking that would take effect as of Monday, March 11, 2019, due to equipment and materials being delivered to the buildings slated to commence construction next week, this restriction must now take affect as of 7:00am, tomorrow morning, March 8, 2019.

Visitors are permitted to utilize the individual garage or driveway of your unit while your building is not under construction. If your garage or driveway is occupied for any reason, visitors arriving at the property must park off-site and enter on foot while the security guards are on duty, or you can meet them wherever they have parked off site and drive them to your unit. If you are friendly with a neighbor, you can consider speaking with them about making temporary arrangements for use of their driveway should there be an absolute need for them to park on the property.

Visitors that arrive to the property afterhours when the security guards are not on duty must be aware that if they are using the callbox for entry, they are not to park within any visitor parking spaces. Visitors of units not under construction, regardless of the time of arrival, are only permitted to park within your driveway or garage should they need to park on site, otherwise they must park off the premises.

Any vehicle found parked in a visitor space without the registered parking placard displayed on the rearview mirror will be towed immediately off of the property without warning at the expense of the owner of the vehicle.

Again, ALL VISITOR PARKING is RESTRICTED starting 7:00am, Friday, March 8, 2019 as these parking spaces are assigned as permit spaces for those who reside within buildings that are scheduled for construction.

Your undivided attention and cooperation with respect to these parking restrictions is mandatory. We ask that while we all understand the difficulties this construction creates for the community, that you ensure that you and all residents of your unit understand the importance that your cooperation is the key to minimizing any delays in order for this project to be a success.
